Construction of the facility will be fully funded by private donors and grantmaking organizations. The Greenbrier Community Foundation serves as the fiscal partner for this project - all finances will be handled by the Community Foundation and will be transparent as the project continues.  The facility will operate independently with operating expenses coming from annual fundraisers, facility rental fees, grants, and membership dues. Residents will not be turned away from inability to pay - financial assistance will be provided to those who need it to ensure access to the facility.
